While the idea behind the product use is simple, the implementation of it was far from it. When Tempdrop approached Zemingo to redesign and develop its user experience, it suffered from a lengthy sync time, technical difficulties, data loss, and an unfriendly interface that needed to convey a myriad of data points in an organized and manageable way.
After a combined and thorough process with Tempdrop's tech team, we brought down the sync time to virtually zero, prevented any data loss, and redesigned the user experience to optimize each flow and use case, leading to an immediate increase in the app's rating across all app stores and improved user reviews.
